Prices
Prices given in the price list include VAT at the standard rate unless indicated otherwise. Prices do not include packing or carriage. Please ask for carriage quote when ordering. Prices are subject to change without notice. Goods are supplied on the basis of prices ruling at the date of despatch.

Delivery
Goods are normally despatched promptly by return but please allow up to 21 days for delivery, particularly in the busy pre Christmas period.

Credit Cards
We are glad to accept all major credit and debit cards. These include: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Visa Delta, Connect and Solo.

Account Customers
We welcome account custom from companies, institutions and qualifying individuals. Terms are strictly 30 days net with penalties for late payment. See full terms and conditions.

Opening Times
The shop is open from 9 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday Saturday collections can be arranged.

Collection
Please phone us a day or two ahead, if at all possible, when you plan to pick up from the shop by vehicle. We will then do our best to have everything packed ready for you. We want to do our best to avoid problems with restricted parking.

Suitability for Use
We take every care to ensure that products supplied are of the highest quality. It is however the user's responsibility to ensure that the goods purchased are suitable for their particular requirements. Many of our products are natural substances that have varying effects in different circumstances. We do not accept claims under any circumstances for work alleged to have been adversely affected by use of a product that proves to be unsatisfactory. Our liability is therefore confined to the value of the goods alone.
